Production Floor

The production floor is where it all comes together, taking the parts that have been cut on the CNC Router, they are moved onto the production floor where they are processed through the Brandt Edgebander, the Accu-Systems HPJ, and finally assembled a the Uhling Case Clamp.  Our production team is capable of producing 60 boxes, which allows us to meet any production schedule.

Anderson CNC Routers

Gator Millworks utilizes two Anderson CNC routers which are capable of cutting up to 5′x10′ sheet stock to any shape and size we require.  The Anderson Router in conjunction with Cabinetvision software allows our designers and project managers to produce cabinets and casework in a fast efficient manner and minimize the waste factor.

Kentwood Six Head Moulder

The Six Head Kentwood Moulder along with our ability to custom grind knives allows us to run up to any profile you can dream of up to 9″ wide at a rate of up to 80 feet per minute.  This moulder has expanded our ability to provide a single source millwork solution which allows us to control quality at every step.
